around and give orders. While that approach get results in many settings this training focus on

leadership training philosophy that gets great results and helps build people up. To meet the

challenges of today’s demanding and competitive environment, managers and leaders must re-

evaluate and renew their leadership and team building skills.

COURSE OVERVIEW:

This programme provides participants with 21st century leadership best

practice. It gives participants an opportunity to assess their own pref erred leadership style and

provides key skills in the effective delivery of day – to – day management of people and department

goals.
