Professional Quality Management System (QMS) Programme

This six-week, seven-module professional course develops practical capability to design, implement, evaluate and continually improve a quality management system across organisations and sectors.

The programme is designed for managers, quality professionals, consultants, auditors, team leaders, project professionals and adult learners working in international contexts. It combines quality principles, leadership and governance, process management, risk-based thinking, performance measurement, internal auditing, corrective action, improvement, digital transformation and implementation planning.

Delivery and assessment

Learners study seven embedded presentations, complete guided practical activities and knowledge checks, and demonstrate their learning through the final assessment and capstone quality-improvement project. A minimum overall score of 70% is required for successful completion.
