Project Management for Value and Sustainable Delivery is a practical, internationally relevant professional-development course for people who initiate, plan, lead, support or evaluate projects across business, education, government, charities and community organisations.

The course moves beyond templates and terminology. Learners examine how to define value, build credible business cases, establish governance, engage stakeholders, manage scope, schedule work, control costs, respond to risk, assure quality, procure responsibly and use agile, hybrid and digital delivery approaches.
