    Project leadership and governance

The scholarship is founded, sponsored and funded by Itoro Abigeal Oyewobi, Co-Founder, Owner, Project Sponsor and Non-Operational Director of Pinnacle Institute of Professional Development Limited. Her role is philanthropic and non-operational.
