The management of c omplex organizations requires an understanding of the nature of human
behavior in corporate and other organizations, styles of motivations, company leadership, power
and authority, strategies of organizational design and change, teamwork and collaboration and the
management of organizational effectiveness.
COURSE OVERVIEW:
Understanding organizational behavior is a key skill for all staff they can
compete successfully in an ever changing market place where the whole organization is able to
respond quickly and together. For this to occur managers and supervisors need to understand how
and why individuals behave as they do and deliver a truly excellent organization.
